Responsibilities: Nicole manages Auriemma’s UK Roundtables team, which includes facilitating the Collections & Recoveries, Customer Service & Complaints, Fraud Control, and Disputes, Claims, & Chargebacks Roundtables.

Previous Experience: Nicole has worked at Auriemma Group for over 6 years. She started with the company in the US office before moving to the UK. Whilst working for the US Roundtables team, Nicole worked on a wide variety of roundtables including Auto Originations, Wealth Management Customer Service, Canadian Auto Finance, Consumer Banking Customer Service, Workforce Management, Vendor Management, Dealer Finance, Remarketing, and Card Customer Service. Prior to Auriemma, Nicole lived in Vietnam working as a Kindergarten teacher.
