Mobile Pay Tracker

A study about digital payments. Mobile Pay Tracker, a tri-annual study among mobile payment eligible consumers, tracks and compares usage of a variety of mobile payment services, while identifying shifts in digital payment and eCommerce trends. The study evolves and adapts each wave, to reflect the changing mobile payment landscape, and investigates a wide range of mobile payment services, such as P2P payments, bank and merchant-branded wallets, and online checkout options.

In-depth interviews are conducted once per year to better understand the nuances in behavior and attitudes.
